Welcome to 8^th grade ELAR and ECAR!!!

Welcome to English Language Arts & Reading Class!!! This year is going to be filled with fun activities and learning experiences.  Be ready to learn and fall in love with Reading & Writing.  This year we will learn about correct punctuation,  compound sentences, complex sentences, among many other grammar rules.   Additionally, we will also learn about literary devices which will help up us with reading comprehension.  My goal is to create a community of learners where everyone feels comfortable to share and learn.
